Shaikha Al Marzooqi

This project is about designing and producing 10 cards and a package with the aim of informing/ educating the audience about Sheikh Zayed Mosque and the HISTORICAL ROOTS (Islamic and/or art history). I had to showcase a historical design time period in card form and develop illustrative, typographic, and conceptual skills while learning about packaging design. My work consisted of illustrations that were inspired by the patterns and designs of the mosque. each card contains a piece of information about different elements within the mosque in relation to Islamic art history. The purpose of the card was to educate young visitors about the mosque, the intricate details, and the history behind them in a simple and fun game.
